Sugar, for example, is known to be very unhealthy as it can lead to weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead to issues such as back pain, depression and heart disease. It is essential that we get sufficient sleep in order to keep our health good.
